All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

3. International Shipping

5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some regions may have restrictions on certain products. If your order is affected by any shipping restrictions, we will contact you for further assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your items arrive safely, GenieGems is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping carrier errors. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@geniegems.com with details and photos of the damage, and we will assist you with filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the shipping details before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is shipped.
