At GenieGems, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items that are final sale, such as certain promotional items or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help, provided the item is available. Simply contact us within the 14 day return window, and we will assist you with the exchange process. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@geniegems.store with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is damaged, defective, or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
